Rates

$1,050.00 per week
$1,500.00 per month
A twenty five (25%) deposit is required to book a reservation
One month notice is necessary for a 100% refund
SHORT TERM:
$200.00 for first night
$150 per night thereafter

Note (Monthly Rate): Due to the Added cost of electric by the VI Governement any charge over $150.00/month will be added to your monthly bill
